Welcome to Brisbi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Brisbi Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware Corporation. By accessing or using our website (brisbi.com), mobile application, AI companion services, and creator-led pods (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Service
Brisbi provides an execution infrastructure platform designed to help users follow through on goals via AI-driven check-ins, journaling tools, and creator-led "Pods."
Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
- Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
- Company Status: Brisbi Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
- Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement.
- Subscription Cycles: If you enroll in a recurring subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually).
- Fees: Brisbi reserves the right to change subscription fees. Any changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.
- Refund Policy: Unless required by law, paid subscription fees and Pod entry fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

The "Pods" & Creator Content
- Independent Creators: "Pods" are led by independent creators or professionals ("Creators"). Creators are not employees or agents of Brisbi Inc.
- No Professional Advice: BRISBI IS NOT A MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER. Content provided by the AI Companion or Creators is for educational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or financial consulting.
- User Conduct: You agree not to use Pods or community features to harass, abuse, or share illegal content.
Brisbi is not a medical, legal, or mental health provider. Content from the AI Companion or Creators is for educational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or financial consulting.
AI Companion & Data Usage
- AI Interactions: Our AI Companion provides automated responses based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally generate incorrect or biased information.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your journal entries and personal inputs. You grant Brisbi a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the AI services.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, UI design, and proprietary algorithms (including the Brisbi execution framework) are the exclusive property of Brisbi Inc. and are protected by US and international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRISBI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BRISBI IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
