This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our execution infrastructure platform, AI Companion, and Creator-led Pods.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details.
- Journaling & AI Inputs: Text, voice, or media you share with the Brisbi AI Companion to track goals and "emotional resets."
- Payment Data: Payment information is collected and processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe. Brisbi does not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communication Data: Interactions with Creators or other members within "Pods."
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide personalized AI check-ins and reinforcement tools.
- Facilitate your participation in Creator-led Pods.
- Process payments and subscriptions via Stripe.
- Improve our AI models and platform performance (using anonymized data).
Data Processing & AI Disclosure
- AI Sub-processors: To provide the AI Companion features, we may share encrypted, pseudonymized data with third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their public models.
- Private Journaling: Your private journals are for your growth. We do not sell your personal reflections to third parties or advertisers.
- Pod Visibility: When you join a "Pod," your progress markers (e.g., "Goal Completed") may be visible to the Creator and other members to foster accountability, but your private AI chat history remains confidential.
We are committed to transparency about how AI processes your data. Encrypted, pseudonymized data shared with AI sub-processors is never used to train public models.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: Such as Stripe (payment processing) and cloud hosting providers.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Brisbi Inc. and its users.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Your Rights & Data Retention
- Access & Deletion: You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Retention: We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
International Data Transfers
As a Delaware C Corp, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer. We ensure all transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Brisbi is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
